Terms & Conditions

1. All sales are final, no returns will be accepted.
2. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee (6% for American Express).
3. Shipping costs are estimated and not determined until the order is fulfilled and Invoiced.
4. RMA numbers must be obtained to return merchandise or warrantied items.
5. A $25 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
6. Refused / returned packages will be billed freight and 20% restocking fee.
7. Past due invoices are subject to a 12% annual interest rate service charge.
8. Buyer is responsible for all legal fees, court costs and collection fees if amount becomes past due.
9. Radio coverage cannot be guaranteed due to variances in the environment.
10. If you are tax exempt but taxes are included, please send us your completed exempt form so your order can be processed accurately.

Please make sure you choose your product version correctly or give us a call at 888-742-5893 if you're not sure. This is due to the fact that Two Way Direct, Inc. guarantees all the products we sell are in new condition. OSHA regulations also prohibits the resale of anything with a used earpiece or microphone due to sanitary reasons. Once the products leave our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that it has not been used even if it is in original packaging.
