Thank you for choosing Two Way Direct, Inc. Please review our Terms of Service carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nationwide Push-to-Talk Products (TWD25, TWD50, TWD100M)
We stand behind our Nationwide Push-to-Talk products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Eligible Products: Applies only to TWD25, TWD50, and TWD100M models.
• Refund Limit: Refunds are available for up to two (2) units per customer. We recommend ordering two units to ensure satisfaction before placing a larger order.
• Return Period: Returns must be received by Two Way Direct within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Condition: Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
• RMA Required: A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before any return is sent. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Coverage Disclaimer: Network coverage is not guaranteed and may vary depending on environmental or geographic factors.

2. All Other Products and Accessories
All other products—including two-way radios (non-TWD models), accessories, and related items—are sold under All Sales Are Final terms.
In rare cases where a special exception is approved by Two Way Direct, a 30% restocking fee may apply.
Refused or returned packages will be billed for both freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

3. Credit Card Payments
A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
For American Express payments, a 6% processing fee applies.

Shipping costs shown at checkout are estimates only and are finalized when the order is fulfilled and invoiced.

5. Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
An RMA number must be obtained for all returns or warranty-related items.
Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted and cannot be tracked.

A $25 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.

7. Late Payments
Invoices past due are subject to a 12% annual interest rate service charge.
The buyer is responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and collection fees incurred in recovering any unpaid balances.

8. Product Selection and OSHA Sanitary Compliance
Please ensure you select the correct product version before purchase.
Due to OSHA sanitary regulations, items such as earpieces and microphones cannot be resold once they leave our facility, even if they appear unused.

Can I return a two-way radio to Two Way Direct?
All sales are final for standard two-way radios and accessories. However, our Nationwide Push-to-Talk products (TWD25, TWD50, TWD100M) are eligible for our 30-day satisfaction guarantee under the terms outlined above.
How does the warranty process work?
If your product is still under warranty, please contact our support team to obtain an RMA number before returning it for repair or replacement.
