Shipping Policy

We ship FedEx ground as our standard. For an additional cost you can elect to have packages shipped next day, 2nd day, or 3 day select. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or outside of the U.S.. Once your order is placed, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation with your order number. You can check your order's processing and shipping status online.


Returns Policy

We offer a 30 days limited exchange policy. Only radios or accessories that are defective can be exchanged for new ones. It is extremely important that you order the proper radios.
Please call us at 888-742-5893 for any assistance if you're not sure on your radio type or model. We can check model numbers over the phone to avoid problems.  

Radios, especially one with options are custom built to suit a customer needs. We anticipate customers' orders and try to maintain sufficient quantity in stock at all time. It is extremely difficult to return radios to manaufacturers because of the wrong options or frequencies or number of channels. Help us keep our prices low by ordering exactly what you need.  

If an exception is made a 20% restocking fee may apply. You must obtain an RMA number before shipping merchandise or packages will be denied. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and it must be in its original condition along with all documentation and original paperwork, this also includes all packaging materials. Merchandise must be in resalable condition with no damage to boxes, dents or dings on radios, no broken batteries and no bent antennas. Refunds are processed back to your credit card within 1 week of being received, processed and approved.
