Motorola recently released an analog-only version of the highly popular and reliable CP110D two-way radio. It has all the same features as the digital version and is available in both UHF and VHF versions.
It is a perfect entry-level analog radio and offers the ability to upgrade to digital down the line if you need to transition your fleet. However, since it is an analog radio, users get instantaneous communication without the delay that is heard in digital radios.
