Vertex FNB-V132LI-UNI 2300 mAh high capacity Lithium-ion battery. This new style battery now has 4 connectors on the back which Vertex refers to as a "UNI battery" also known as "universal battery". Vertex made this change to 4 connectors (instead of the old style which has 3) to allow users with other Vertex radios to all utilize one charger. Great Talk Time
I splurged on this higher capacity battery for my VX231 radio and I love the extra talk time. I don't have to charge my battery as much which is nice. Great service on the recommendation from Two Way Direct as well. Thanks guys!
