good enough
The guys that use them say they work good. We are using them next to a concrete pump. The band is tight, wearing it all day, so we have to bend it. The push to talk on the headset it not very good if you are wearing gloves and have dirty work.

Audio on this headset is amazing. The noise canceling microphone is top notch as well. I've used a bunch of headsets and this one stands out as being the best. Highly recommend it. Price was very good too!
