At Two Way Direct, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Nationwide Push-to-Talk Products (TWD25, TWD50, TWD100M)

We stand behind our Nationwide Push-to-Talk products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Eligible Products: TWD25, TWD50, and TWD100M only.
• Refund Limit: Refunds are available for up to two (2) units per customer. We recommend ordering two units first to ensure satisfaction before placing a larger order.
• Return Period: Returns must be received by Two Way Direct within 30 days of the invoice date.
• RMA Required: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Two Way Direct prior to sending any items back.
• Condition: Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.
• Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Coverage Disclaimer: We do not guarantee network coverage, as it may vary depending on environmental and geographic factors.

All Other Products & Accessories

All other products, including accessories, radios (non-TWD models), and related equipment, are sold under All Sales Are Final terms.

In rare cases where a special exception is approved by Two Way Direct, a 30% restocking fee may apply.

Warranty Repairs

For warranty-related issues, our support team is happy to assist. Please contact us to coordinate warranty service or repair.

Important: Any shipment sent to Two Way Direct without an approved RMA will not be accepted and cannot be tracked. Always coordinate with our support team before sending any product back.
