PROGRAM COMPENSATION
- 100% of Activation and monthly residual
ADD ON SERVICES
- 3% Payment processing
- 5% Payment processing + commission reporting
- 15% Payment processing + commission reporting + order entry
- 50% Payment processing + commission reporting + order entry + cosell management
- 75% Full service (referral)
PAYMENT PROCESSING
- Administrative fees to process payments to the partner
COMMISSION REPORTING
- Monthly reporting so you can identify how much revenue each sales rep generated, so you can pay them on activations only, or activations and monthly residual
ORDER ENTRY
- Utilizing Two Way Direct's back office support to enter orders
COSELL MANAGEMENT
- Engage with your customers directly to offer FirstNet
- Validate FirstNet eligibility
- Provide FirstNet information & pricing
- Provide coverage testing when needed
- Obtain customer authorization
- Integrate into your fulfillment process
- Process activations
- Setup billing directly from the carrier
- Provide compensation and reporting
FULL SERVICE
- You provide the qualified lead, we manage everything else

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Minimum monthly service fee of $250
- At least one add-on service required
- Add-on services apply to all revenue
- Add-on services can be upgraded at any time
- Add-on services can be downgraded once per year with 180 day notice
- All partners must agree and comply with Two Way Direct, AT&T and FirstNet's rules and guidelines
- All orders must use a dealer code provided by Two Way Direct
- Must not activate FirstNet through any other source
